Bumblebees Might Help Humans in Developing the Next Generation of Drones

Sridhar Ravi an engineer of the New South Wales in Canberra asserts that the flight of the bumblebees would help in developing better drones.  Insects are fantastic models for robots as their small sized brains still cause them to complete complex tasks.  Researchers after investigating how bees navigate through small holes have discovered that despite having small brains these insects are well aware of their body size.  Therefore, scientists are excited to develop technology that would help them in transferring some of the animal behaviors into robots.
