By 2020, Dubai will have a rotating skyscraper

Dubai is sprouting with skyscrapers and super structured buildings. It is a kind of heaven overflowing with wonders of architecture. Buildings touching the clouds, world’s largest man-made island and shopping centers accentuate the beauty of Dubai. To enhance the beauty of this emirate, a latest project “Dynamic Tower” has been put forward. As the name suggests, it will be a tall building which can rotate to provide you a 360 degree view of Dubai from your apartment.

The brainchild of this massive project is an Israeli-Italian architect, David Fisher. He has visualized Dynamic Tower as an 80 storey building, with floors that can rotate at an angle of 360 degrees in both directions. The building will be made from pre-fabricated units, which will be built off site, including plumbing and electrical connections. Then these units will be attached to the central core. This Dynamic Tower will be self-powered by huge solar panels and more than 79 wind turbines. There is no doubt that living in this lavish and luxurious building will be pricey. Dynamic Tower’s architect says that one individual apartment unit could range more than $30 million dollars. Not many details are known about the completion of this monumental project, but architects believe that by 2020, Dubai will have world’s first rotating skyscraper.
