Clean Eating

Before stepping into the journey of losing weight, we all need to understand the concept of clean eating. I have been practicing 100% clean eating in combination with exercises for almost 2 years now. It’s not a temporary change which I have made in my life and shouldn’t be yours either. Before you embark onto this journey of weight loss lets understand what is meant by clean eating? Clean eating is about eating whole foods or in other words, real organic, wholesome foods. Food items that are minimally processed, refined and handled making them as close to their natural form as possible. Choose foods in a wise manner and avoid processed foods at all cost in order to avoid gaining harmful calories.

With me, I took baby steps and moved on bit by bit. I failed and rose stronger and stronger with every failure. People taunted me. I was made fun of and faced sarcasm like every fat person. However, I changed those negativeness into positive energy and kept moving forward

As I’m a PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) patient, the journey from 105kgs to 66kgs today wasn’t easy but it wasn’t impossible to accomplish either!
