The Royals – Festival of Remembrance

Members of the Royal Family at the Royal Albert Hall for the Festival of Remembrance to honour those who gave their lives in service of their country.

The Queen was joined by Kate Middleton and members of the royal family at Remembrance Sunday Service.  Her majesty wore all five poppies to honour all those who lost their lives in battle and conflict.  The Queen used to lay her own wreath at the monument to honour the war dead but since the past few years, her eldest son Prince Charles has been doing so on her behalf.

Prince Charles laid a wreath on behalf of her Majesty who is the Head of the Armed Forces.
